OB2269AP Current Mode PWM Controller

آی سی OB2269AP از آی سی های سوئیچینگ مد جریان یک کنترل کننده PWM با کارایی و راندمان بالا می باشد که در تغذیه های سوئیچینگ و مبدل های فلای بک AC/DC شارژرها، آداپتور تغذیه لب تاب و تغذیه های PC، TV، Set top box و… کاربرد دارد. از ویژگی های این آی سی مدارها و توابع محافظتی Over Temperature Protection، Under Voltage Lockout with Hysteresis، Overcurrent protection، Over Load Protection و… می باشد. ولتاژ قابل تحمل ورودی این آی سی حداکثر تا 36 ولت و فرکانس آن 60 تا 70KHz است. این آی سی با 8 پایه در پکیج DIP8 ساخته شده است.
