TNY266PN Enhanced, Energy Efficient, Low Power Off-line Switcher

آی سی TNY266PN از خانواده آی سی های TNY SWITCH است که در تغذیه های سوئیچینگ AC/DC کاربرد دارد و شامل یک ماسفت قدرت 700 ولتی، یک نوسان ساز داخلی، منبع جریان سوئیچ شونده با ولتاژ بالا و محدود کننده جریان و مدار خاموش کننده حرارتی است. از ویژگی های این آی سی می توان به مدار ریستارت در هنگام اتصال کوتاه خروجی و یا حلقه باز ، همچنین انرژی کارآمد ، سوئیچ آفلاین با انعطاف پذیری پیشرفته و محدوده قدرت گسترده اشاره کرد. ولتاژ درین ماسفت این آی سی 700 ولت با پیک جریان 560mA است همچنین توان خروجی آن 15 وات می باشد. حداکثر فرکانس کاری آی سی TNY266 مقدار 140KHz با دیوتی سایکل 68% است.
